Satanists want to keep the population suppressed and non-active, in a passive state of acceptance of everything, who never rebel or take action, but who just watch all the evil taking place, without lifting a finger to try to stop it.

Such a sedated, apathetic and manipulated population, through their failure to take a stand against evil, are therefore guilty of being complicit in evil.
